Darren H. Peligro was the drummer for the classic punk band Dead Kennedys on the albums Plastic Surgery Disasters, Frankenchrist, and Bedtime for Democracy. His drumming can also be heard on the EP In God We Trust, Inc. and the posthumous (for the band) retrospective, Give Me Convenience or Give Me Death. Peligro is one of the former members that has filed criminal complaints against former frontman Jello Biafra, accusing Biafra of withholding royalties and creative privilege to license Dead Kennedys songs. A solo album of sorts, called Peligro D.H. was released in 1995 on Biafra's own Alternative Tentacles record label.
