cypress provincial park

Cypress Provincial Park is a provincial park in West Vancouver on the North Shore of Greater Vancouver. Cypress Provincial park has 2 sections. The 2100ha southern section which has road access and the 900ha northern section which is accessed only by hiking trails. In the southern section there is ski area operated by a private company. This includes both downhill and cross-country skiing. For the 2010 Winter Olympics, this will be the venue for snowboarding and freestyle skiing events.
