Cybergrind

CyberGrind is a form of grind that, aside from the instruments used by ordinary grind, uses computer generated sounds and/or drum machines and other synthetic instruments. The bands Ganglia, Gigantic Brain, Kindergarten Hazing Ritual, Scirror Shock and Bayi are all examples of cybergrind. Cybergrind is also the name of an Australian band formed in 1995. Another example of Australian cybergrind is The Berzerker, who use samples and distorted bass drums to augment their already heavy noise.
