Cruising For Sex

Cruising for sex, or cruising, describes the act of walking or driving about a locality in pursuit of a partner for (often quick and anonymous) sex. Cruise can also be used synonymously with flirt. The term itself originated in gay slang, but can be used to describe the behavior of either homosexuals or heterosexuals (in the United Kingdom, the term is generally restricted to homosexuals, the equivalent term for heterosexuals being dogging).
