Crab Soccer

Crab soccer is an informal sport for two teams. Players try to kick an inflated ball into a goal to score points. At the end of the game, the team with more points wins. So far, it sounds like soccer, but the difference is that players walk on all fours, face up, in motions that make them look like crabs. Crab soccer lends itself to play either outdoors or in a gymnasium. Like many other sports, there are various sets of rules. This sport involves kicking, so safety is at the root of many rules. Like soccer, players other than the goalie must not touch the ball with their hands. But without tournaments, salaries, advertising or endorsements, the most important rule in crab soccer is this: have fun!
