Cool Whip

Cool Whip is a non-dairy dessert topping which is similar to whipped cream. It was introduced in 1964 by Kraft Foods. Consisting mainly of processed vegetable oils and high fructose corn syrup - the product is enjoyed by many people as a dessert topping, and can be used in many no-bake pie recipes. It is sold in 8 oz plastic tubs, and requires refrigeration. Each nine gram serving provides 25 calories of which 15 are from fat.
