Constructible Strategy Game

Constructable Strategy Game is a game genre created by WizKids. Pirates of the Spanish Main is the first game in the genre. The term was coined by WizKids' Communications Manager Jason Mical. It describes a strategy-based tabletop game involving pieces assembled from components punched out of cards; for example, in Pirates of the Spanish Main, players assemble ships made from credit card-like plastic (styrene) hulls, masts, and decks. All of the important game information is either recorded or printed on the cards. In Pirates of the Spanish Main, players record damage to their ships by removing masts.
