Club Deportivo Leganes

Club Deportivo Leganés are a Spanish football team from Leganés near Madrid. Founded on June 26 1928, they will play in the Segunda División B in 2004-05 after relegation from the Segunda Divisin. They play in white with blue stripes and white shorts. Home stadium is the Butarque that seats 8,000 spectators. The club has traditionally played in the lower leagues; however, since 1987, when they were promoted from the Segunda B, they did not return to that division until 2004. In 1990 the team gained promotion to the Segunda Divisin. Honours
