Clifton, City Of York

Clifton is a suburb of the unitary authority of City of York, in the north of England. It lies on the A19, one of the main routes north out of York, Yorkshire. The main industry is dairy farming. St. Peter's School was the original school attached to York Minster. The village was made a Conservation Area in 1968.
