Clark Atlanta University

Clark Atlanta University is a private, undergraduate and graduate institution educational institution in Atlanta, Georgia. It is an historically black university formed in 1988 by the consolidation of Clark College (est. 1869) and Atlanta University (est. 1867). The university is part of the Atlanta University Center, which includes Morehouse College, Morris Brown College, Spelman College, the Morehouse School of Medicine, and the Interdenominational Theological Center. The four historically black colleges have contiguous campuses and enjoy an excellent academic reputation in the United States. CAU students also operate mostly-jazz radio station WCLK-FM at 91.9MHz.
