City University, Washington

City University is an institution of higher learning based in Bellevue, Washington. It was founded in 1973 "to serve working adults wanting to pursue educational opportunities without interrupting their careers." There are City University facilities in Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, Renton, Tacoma, Yakima, Vancouver, and Richland, Washington, as well as in Vancouver, British Columbia; Calgary, Alberta; Bratislava and Trencin, Slovakia; Bucharest, Romania; Athens, Greece; Prague, Czech Republic; and Sofia and Pravetz, Bulgaria. The school offers certificate, associate's, bachelor's, and master's programs in a variety of subjects, including business administration, education, accounting, journalism, and psychology.
