Ciro D. Rodriguez

Ciro D. Rodriguez (b. December 9, 1946) is a politician from the state of Texas. Rodriguez was born in Piedras Negras, Mexico and he grew up in San Antonio, Texas. Rodriguez served in the Texas House of Representatives from 1987 to 1997. In 1997, Rodriguez was elected to the House of Representatives as a Democrat to replace Frank Tejeda. Rodriguez had a liberal voting record. In March 2004, Rodriguez lost the primary election to Henry Cuellar by 58 votes. Rodriguez sued to overturn Cueller's victory, but the Texas 4th Court of Appeals ruled against him. Rodriguez, Ciro D.
