Churchill River (Hudson Bay)

The Churchill River is a major river in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Canada. It is about 1,600 km long. Its source is near Churchill Lake in north west Saskatchewan, from where it flows east through a series of lakes, including Highrock Lake, Granville Lake (on which Leaf Rapids lies), Southern Indian Lake and Gauer Lake before emptying into the Button Bay inlet of Hudson Bay at Churchill, Manitoba.
