Chop Chop Master OnionChop Chop Master Onion is a character in the revolutionary rhythm game PaRappa the Rapper. Chop Chop Master Onion serves as the first master in the game. When two bullies pick on PaRappa and his friends in a fast food resurant, PaRappa senses that to defeat the bullies, he must become a hero like the "perfect" Joe Chin. In desperation for some self defence, PaRappa goes to Chop Chop Master Onion's dojo, in which he teaches PaRappa the arts of kung-fu. The level became one of the most well known songs in all of video gaming history with the famous lines "Kick, punch, it's all in the mind." Later in the game, PaRappa is celebrating Sunny Funny's birthday with her, eating a lot of cake. As they sit to watch the sunset, PaRappa notices that he really needs to use the restroom and becomes very uneasy with the situation. As he gets in his car to take Sunny Funny home, he pulls off at a Hot Gas station to relieve himself of his physical needs (and to refill the car's gas). When he gets around back to where the one bathroom is, he notices a long line in front of it. He tells them it's an emergency, but they insist upon rapping for the rights to use the bathroom. This is a medley challenge rap of every master you've rapped against in the game, including Chop Chop Master Onion. Later, Chop Chop Master Onion made his return in the PaRappa the Rapper spin-off, Um Jammer Lammy, and, later, in the sequal, PaRappa the Rapper 2, in which he had his own TV show, a romantic karate work out show in which watchers could kick, punch, chop, and block their way to a slimmer body and a more romantic lifestyle.
