China Watcher

China Watcher is a term used to describe a person who monitors news from and about the People's Republic of China. Generally, it is applied to a person integrated to or native of western society. The term often is used in a depricating manner, as attempting to guess the next action of Communist Party of China officials has proven difficult, given that the PRC government is centered more on personality than law.
