Chilly BeachChilly Beach is a Canadian animated television series, which airs on CBC television. The series, produced by March Entertainment, is a comedic depiction of life in the fictional Canadian town of Chilly Beach, described by the producers as "a bunch of Canadians doing the stuff that Canadians do, like playing hockey, drinking beer, and being eaten by polar bears". The main characters include professional zamboni driver Dale MacDonald, his best friend and beer store owner Frank Shackleford, restaurant owner Jacques LaRock, animal rights activist/waitress April June and trapper Angus MacAuger, among others. The show began as an animated Flash site on the Web, and was developed into a CBC television series which first aired in 2003. The show is produced in Sudbury, Ontario. External link
