Cheez-it

Cheez-It crackers are produced by the Kellogg Company. They are (generally) square crackers made with a sharp yellow cheese. Other variations on this theme exist, including white-cheddar and reduced fat. The Sunshine Biscuit Company, founded in 1902 as the Loose-Wiles Biscuit Company, first introduced these crackers in 1921. The Keebler Company acquired the company in 1996, and was in turn aquired by Kellogg, the current makers of Cheez-it crackers.
