Charles Wilson (Canadian Politician)

Charles Wilson (April 1808 - May 4 1877) was mayor of Montreal from 1851 to 1854. Member of the Legislative Council of Quebec from 1852 until Confederation in 1867. In 1867 he was appointed to the Senate as a Conservative. On his passing, Wilson was interred in the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery in Montreal.
