Charles Frederick Crisp

Charles Frederick Crisp (1845 - 1896) was a U.S. political figure. A Democrat, he was elected as a Congressman from Georgia in 1882, and served until his death in 1896. He served as the House minority leader between 1890 and 1891, and again from 1895 to 1896. He then served as Speaker of the House between 1891 and 1895.
