Administration As of 2004, Cergy-Pontoise is a communaut d'agglomration consisting of eleven communes: Cergy, Courdimanche, ragny, Jouy-le-Moutier, Menucourt, Neuville-sur-Oise, Osny, Pontoise, Puiseux-Pontoise, Saint-Ouen-l'Aumne and Vaural.
