Geography is located at 45°45'8" North, 120°54'17" West (45.752330, -120.904689). According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 10.3 km² (4.0 mi²). 10.3 km² (4.0 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water. Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 120 people, 47 households, and 36 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 11.7/km² (30.2/mi²). There are 49 housing units at an average density of 4.8/km² (12.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 96.67% White, 0.00% African American, 0.83% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.83% from other races, and 1.67% from two or more races. 4.17% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 47 households out of which 21.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.2% are married couples living together, 8.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 21.3% are non-families. 17.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 2.1% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.55 and the average family size is 2.81. In the CDP the population is spread out with 20.8% under the age of 18, 5.8% from 18 to 24, 30.8% from 25 to 44, 30.8% from 45 to 64, and 11.7% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 42 years. For every 100 females there are 103.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 97.9 males.
