Celsius (Crater)Celsius is a small lunar crater that is located in the rugged terrain in the southern hemisphere on the Moon's near side. It lies less than one crater diameter to the south-southwest of Zagut crater, and due north of Büsching crater. This is a heavily worn crater with a southwest rim that has been damaged by multiple small crater impacts. There is a valley-like gap in the northern rim that joins Celsius with 'Celsius A'. The interior floor of Celsius is almost featureless, except for a small craterlet in the northern half. Satellite craters By convention these features are identified on Lunar maps by placing the letter on the side of the crater mid-point that is closest to Celsius crater. | idth="25%" style="background:#eeeeee;" |Latitude | width="25%" style="background:#eeeeee;" |Longitude | width="25%" style="background:#eeeeee;" |Diameter | | lign="center"|A | align="center"|33.0° S | align="center"|20.5° E | align="center"|14 km | | lign="center"|B | align="center"|34.6° S | align="center"|19.7° E | align="center"|6 km | | lign="center"|D | align="center"|34.7° S | align="center"|19.1° E | align="center"|19 km | | lign="center"|E | align="center"|32.9° S | align="center"|20.1° E | align="center"|11 km | | lign="center"|H | align="center"|33.8° S | align="center"|20.1° E | align="center"|6 km |
