Svetlana 'Ceca' Veličković is one of the most popular female singers in Serbia, Montenegro, and in the Balkans region. She debuted when she was 15 with the song "ta je to u tvojim venama"-"What's in your veins". When she was 22 and already a turbo folk star she married Arkan, who died in her arms at a mafia related shooting in the Intercontinental hotel in Belgrade. During the summer of 2002 she performed in Marakana stadium in Belgrade in front of 80,000 fans .
