Byblis

For the carnivorous plant genus, see Byblis (plant), and the asteroid, see 199 Byblis.
In Greek mythology, Byblis (or Bublis) was a daughter of Miletus. She fell in love with Caunus, her brother. He ran away and she followed him through much of Greece and Asia Minor until she finally died, tired and sad. She was changed into a spring. Ovid IX, 450.
