Busy-signal Equivalent (Http)

An HTTP Busy-signal equivalent indicates a requested connection cannot be completed. These include
  • 500 Internal Server Error (generic),
  • 503 Out of Resources,
  • 403.9 Forbidden: Too Many Users (generated primarily by Microsoft software).
* 404 error - page could not be found
