brody dalle

Brody Dalle (b. 1979; Fitzroy, Melbourne, Australia), is the lead vocalist and guitarist for punk rock band The Distillers. Brody's birthname is Bree Leslie Pucilowski. Dalle was married to Tim Armstrong, having met him at a Warped Tour festival in which her former band, Sourpuss, played. When seventeen, she moved from Melbourne to California and there founded The Distillers. Brody and Tim have since been divorced and Dalle has reverted to using the surname of her favorite actress Batrice Dalle of Betty Blue fame. She is, as of Summer 2004, in a relationship with Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme. Dalle is known for her raspy but powerful voice.
