Briar Cliff College

Briar Cliff University is a Catholic-Franciscan college. The College was dedicated on September 18, 1930, and the first group of 25 students arrived four days later. The College was named Briar Cliff after the hill on which it is located. University status for the institution was recognized in June 1, 2001. The University is located in Sioux City, Iowa.
