Brad Miller (Congressman)

Ralph Bradley (Brad) Miller is an American politician; a Democrat, he has represented North Carolina's 13th Congressional district (map) in the United States House of Representatives since the district's creation in 2003. Watt was elected to his second consecutive term in the 2004 Congressional elections, earning 59% of the popular vote and defeating Republican Virginia Johnson.
