Boris Berezovsky (Pianist)

Boris Berezovsky (Cyrillic: Борис Березовский) (born 1969, Moscow) is a Russian pianist. He studied at the Moscow Conservatory, and made his debut in London at Wigmore Hall. He won the International Tchaikovsky Competition in 1990, and has also won the John Ogdon Competition (http://www.johnlant.co.uk/ogdon/main.htm). He has recorded works by Aram Khachaturian, Franz Liszt, Nikolai Karlovich Medtner, Sergei Rachmaninoff and Robert Schumann among others, often for the label Teldec Classics (at one time part of Warner Classics).
