It was first published by McGraw-Hill in 1983, and subsequently re-printed several times. It was compiled from the Church's ongoing zine publication The Stark Fist of Removal. It is usually found in the humor section of most bookstores, though zealous SubGenius followers often move it into the religion section instead.
