Bloop Programming Language

BlooP is a non-Turing-complete programming language designed by Douglas Hofstadter to illustrate a point in his book, Gdel, Escher, Bach. It uses nested blocks but has limited looping powers. Its more powerful relative FlooP illustrates a Turing-complete language.
