Bloch Wall

A Bloch wall is a narrow transition region at the boundary between magnetic domains, over which the magnetisation changes from its value in one domain to that in the next. If there are N steps in a Bloch wall, then over each step the direction of the magnetisation changes by π/N radians. The Block walls are named after the physicist Felix Bloch.
