blitzed

Blitzed is an Internet relay chat (IRC) network founded on October 31st, 2000 in response to the collapse of WreckedNet. It initially had two servers and around 31 regular users. Over the years it has grown substantially in size and now has around 9 public servers. As of August, 2004, Blitzed has an average of around 1400 regular users, with a large population of Europeans and Americans. There is also a significant group of Moroccans. It can be reached by connecting to irc.blitzed.org.
