Billie Miller

Dame Billie Antoinette Miller (born 1944) is a Barbadian politician. She has been a member of the Barbados Labour Party government of Prime Minister Owen Arthur since 1994 when Arthur became Prime Minister following elections. She has been the foreign minister of Barbados since 1994 and has also been deputy prime minister. She gave up the position of deputy prime minister during a cabinet reshuffle after the 2003 elections, in which the Barbados Labour Party maintained power. Miller, Billie Miller, Billie
