Beach Patrols are groups of lifeguards usually hired by a city. Beach Patrols and the men and women who work for them are responsible for public safety of those who visit a particular beach. The lifeguards are responsible for medical emergencies and any other possible event that may occur on a beach. An example of a beach patrol is the Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol in Wildwood Crest, NJ.
