94.8MHz in North Devon (Huntshaw Cross)
95.8MHz in Exeter (St. Thomas)
96.0MHz in West Devon (Okehampton)
104.3MHz in Torbay and the South Hams (Beacon Hill)

AM (MW):

801kHz in North Devon (Barnstaple)
990kHz in Exeter
855kHz in Plymouth
1458kHz in Torbay

DAB - available in Exeter, Honiton and Torbay.

Note: AM radio broadcasts often opt-out of the main Radio Devon programming to broadcast coverage of local sports events; for example, Gordon Sparks provides coverage of every Plymouth Argyle league game on the 855kHz (Plymouth) frequency.
