Bayview VillageBayview Village is an upper-middle class neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario. Although,like any neighbourhood, its boundaries are subject to dispute, no one would argue that it includes the area bounded by Sheppard Avenue, Bayview Avenue, and the East Don River. The leafy neighbourhood consists of well-heeled suburban houses, predominantly in the ranch bungalow style, built in the 1960s. There is also a shopping centre of the same name serving the area at the NE corner of Sheppard Avenue and Bayview Avenue. Two new TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) subway stations, Bayview and Bessarion, serve the neighbourhood.
