Bayerisch Eisenstein

Bayerisch Eisenstein a town in Bavaria of about 1400 inhabitants. It is the German half of a border town. The other half, Boehmisch Eisenstein (Zeledna Ruda in Czech Republic), lies 2 kilometres further northeast. During the Cold war the town's railway station was split by the border.
