Battle Of Bentonville

The Battle of Bentonville was the last major battle between the armies of William T. Sherman and Joseph E. Johnston during the Civil War. The defeat and loss of manpower inflicted in the battle brought about the surrender of Joseph Johnston and the main army of the Western Theater.
