Basil Poledouris

Basil Poledouris (born August 21, 1945, in Kansas City, Missouri) is a film soundtrack composer. Presenting a powerful style, almost epic-sounding, he became one of the most remarkable composers due to his works on the soundtracks of Conan the Barbarian (1982), Conan the Destroyer (1984), RoboCop (1987), and Starship Troopers (1997).
