Bananabell

The bananabell, or bannana barbell, (more commonly known as a "curve", "navel curve", or "curved barbell") is a short, slightly curved piece of body piercing jewelry most commonly associated with the recently popular navel piercing. It is also used in a number of other, lesser known piercings. Facial piercings, such as the eyebrow, anti-eyebrow, and hadji, can use this kind of jewelry. The decidedly non-mainstream handweb piercing also ideally utilize this shape, as can the tragus and bridge piercing. One of the slightly more common uses is in the vertical hood piercing on females.
