avril benoit

Avril Benoit is a Canadian radio host. She is currently on a one-year leave from her job as host of Here and Now, CBC Radio One's local afternoon show in Toronto. She is serving as Knowlton Nash Fellow at the University of Toronto's Massey College, and will be returning to CBC in May, 2005. Benoit joined CBC radio in 1997 as co-host with Michael Enright of This Morning. In the fall of 1998, Enright became the sole host of the program, and Benoit moved to Here and Now. Before joining CBC radio, Benoit was a host on CJAD in Montreal and a reporter for CBMT, the CBC's television station in Montreal. Benoit, Avril
