Australian Catholic University

The Australian Catholic University (ACU) is a Catholic, private university based in Australia, that does not discriminate based on religious beliefs. ACU has campuses at: These were originally distinct institutions that were merged in 1991 to create the ACU.

Departments

ACU has faculties in Arts and Sciences, Education and Health Sciences. An important field at ACU is psychology, particularly Clinical and Counselling aspects. This is supported by an expert clincal/couselling centre at ST. Patrick's Campus in Melbourne. An ACU representative is also included on the Australian Psychologists' Registration Board, and Australian Psychological Society (APS).
