Aubusson

Aubusson is a town in the French dpartement of Creuse, of which it is the sous-prfecture. It is well-known for the manufacture of tapestry and carpets. There is a famous collection of Aubusson tapestries at Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. In medieval era was a vice-county. The rulers were:

c.1263/1266 the vicecounty was sold to the count of La Marche
