atcham

Atcham is a village in the English county of Shropshire. It was once part of Atcham Rural District, before it merged with the Borough of Shrewsbury and the area is now administered by Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council. Famous landmarks of Atcham include the Atcham Bridge and Attingham Park. Nearby is Wroxeter, a Roman City (now only a village) and Shropshire's only commercial vineyard. The A5 once ran through the village, but now runs to the north on a new dual-carriageway. Atcham can be found on the B4380, 5 miles South East of Shrewsbury. The River Severn flows around the village.
