Assis 'Chat' Chateaubriand

Assis Chateaubriand, nicknamed familiarly Chat or jockingly 'the King of Brazil', was a lawyer turned press magnate. His Dirios Associados was a network of communications media that dominated popular press in Brazil from the Getlio Vargas era to the 1964 Revolution.
