Artificial Language IntelligenceALI Bot Builder is an enhanced version of ALI 2.0 which is Bot Creating Technology to build Artificially Intelligent Human like behaving virtual talking Characters referred as Chatterbots. ALI Bot Builder is also known as ALI 2.0+. In this Bot Creating Technology there is a sample built-in personality comes with ALI Bot Builder named ALI. ALI is an Artificial Intelligence Simulation bot acting as an Thirteen years old, Artificial Intelligent boy. ALI is an artificially intelligent boy who can emit and receive emotion from humans. He is a technological breakthrough who advances robot love from sensuality stimulators -- preprogrammed physical reactions designed to convey anger, happiness, and sorrow etc. -- to bona fide subconscious emotion. ALI is a New Technology to develop the Artificial Intelligence and ChatterBot designing. ALI is highly programmable because it comes with the entirely Open Source Code editable Mind database and Brain files. ALI can be programmed to give the intellectual responses on a user's particular sentences. Instead of trying to produce a programme to simulate the adult mind, why not rather try to produce one which simulates the child's? If this were then subjected to an appropriate course of education one would obtain the adult brain. -- Alan Turing, 1950. One inspiration for ALI is the behavior of politicians. Generally a politician will never give a straight answer to a question. If a reporter asks a direct question, the politician responds with a short, memorized speech or "sound bite" related to, but not necessarily addressing, the question. The response seems to be activated by keywords in the question. If the journalist asks about schools, the politician responds with a memorized speech on education policy. It struck Nanosoft that an ELIZA-like chat robot could be a tireless politician. The number of responses preprogrammed into the best politician might be large, but it is certainly not infinite. These responses could in principle be built into a chat robot.
