Arima Kinen

The Arima Kinen is a Japanese thoroughbred horse race, for three years old above, run over a distance of 2500 meters at Nakayama Racecourse in December. (this day is the last holding of the year by the Japan Racing Association (JRA)). First held in 1956 (at that time named Nakayama Grandprix) and horses, elected by vote, are given the priority of participation.
