Arija

Arija is a small municipality of the north of Burgos, Spain, that dates from more ago than a thousand of years. It comprised of the Alfoz de Santa Gadea. The recent history of Arija is linked to the factory of Cristalera Espaola S.A., that in 1.906 settled in lands of Arija. A French company of the Saint-Gobain Emporium, founded on 1.665 by real privilege of Luis XIV, was specialized in the manufacture of flat glass.
