Anthology 1 was released by the Beatles on November 21 1995, and includes tracks from their days as "the Quarry Men", through the Decca auditions and the album Beatles for Sale. Also included in this album, was the track "Free As a Bird" which was billed at the first new Beatles' song in twenty-five years.
